Soudabond easy is a high performance polyurethane adhesive foam. Quick and easy to use - no mixing required. Replaces traditional powder based adhesives. The formula combines strong adhesion with filling characteristics, making it suitable for bonding uneven surfaces. Used for the bonding of many building materials, such as insulation panels, plasterboard and the construction of interior walls using lightweight building blocks.

Durable, economical, clean and efficient bonding of thermal insulation panels
Suitable for bonding insulation panels based on rigid PS (EPS + XPS), polyurethane (PUR / PIR) and phenolic foam in areas: platform roofs , perimeters, facades, drainage or insulation elements, cellar ceilings, interior insulation, etc
Bonding of fibro-plaster / cardboard plaster panels in dry construction
Bonding of non-load-bearing interior walls, such as partitions, stone shelves, etc
Instructions:
Wear safety goggles. Ensure there is sufficient ventilation and keep away from flames. Make sure surfaces are clean and free of grease and dust. Spraying water on the surfaces will improve adhesion and speed up curing. Shake can vigorously for 30 seconds. Repeat regularly for maximum yield. Use upside down. Point nozzle and press trigger. Amount of trigger pressure defines speed at which foam extrudes. Apply PU Adhesive according to application, as per the technical data sheet. Apply in a zig-zag pattern onto one of the surfaces to be bonded. Wait until the foam becomes sufficiently tacky; i.e. thread is formed between gloved finger and adhesive when briefly touching adhesive (usually about 4 minutes depending on conditions). Then press materials firmly together for 30-60 seconds. Leave to cure for at least 1 hour before applying loads. Store can upright in dry conditions between +5°C and +25°C
